In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vs333 website accessible at https://vs333.io, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any associated applications.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to vs333, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Member", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a User's Account, whether deposited directly or credited as a result of winning bets or promotions.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• vs333 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address documents may also be requested.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.
• Accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an Account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• vs333 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the Account's lifetime without prior notice.

Access to the vs333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. vs333 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

vs333 will verify the age of all Users through the KYC process. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the Account will be suspended and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

If vs333 discovers that a User has registered and used an Account while under the age of 21, all associated winnings will be forfeited, all Bonus Funds will be cancelled, and the Account will be permanently closed. vs333 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Parents and guardians are advised to implement appropriate parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms including vs333.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You should use a strong, unique password for your vs333 Account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
• You must notify vs333 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• vs333 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vs333 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• vs333 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• All bets placed and transactions conducted through your Account whilst logged in will be deemed to have been made by you, unless you have previously reported a suspected breach of security to vs333.

vs333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. vs333 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 60 seconds. Withdrawal processing times range from instant to 24 hours depending on the payment method and whether KYC verification has been completed.
• Verification Requirement: vs333 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. vs333 may require additional documentation if a withdrawal to a different method is requested.

vs333 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of potential Terms violations. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, funds may be forfeited in accordance with Section 9.

vs333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific rates are published on the promotion detail page.

vs333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited to a User's Account.

All bets placed on the vs333 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the vs333 system. A bet confirmation reference number will be displayed and, where applicable, sent to the email address associated with your Account.
• Obvious Errors: vs333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds or price that was the result of a manifest error, system error, or data feed error. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the original stake will be returned to your Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by sport, game, event, and Account tier. vs333 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its absolute discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account per person or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any third-party tool to interact with the Platform in an automated manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions or failures in Platform access, including scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages.
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate security.

vs333's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vs333's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vs333 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
